RivahFest 2016 space for Maritime Displays are available on a first come first served basis so apply as soon as possible and take advantage of a lower booth rent with your application submitted prior to the above deadlines. Space is limited and will fill early! In order to secure space, each marine display vendor is required to purchase a Gold Sponsorship package to the value of $500 which provides half-page ad in RivahFest program, banner on Rivahfest.com section page with business link, banners in the RivahFest Marine Display area. THIS EVENT WILL TAKE PLACE RAIN OR SHINE. Set up begins at 7 am. Show begins at 10 am. Your booth must be ready for public viewing by 9:30 am on June 18, 2016. Exhibitor must provide tents, tables, chairs, table coverings. Deadline for inclusion on website and in festival program is May 1, 2015. Please read the full RivahFest rules and conditions in the Agreement that you can download below. Exhibitor will receive confirmation of acceptance & area placement, refusal, or wait-list status within 30 days. Setup instructions and other pertinent information will be mailed to you before event.
