RivahFest 2016 space for Children's area vendors is limited and are available on a first come first served basis. Apply as soon as possible and take advantage of a lower booth rent with your application submitted prior to the above deadline.

THIS EVENT WILL TAKE PLACE RAIN OR SHINE. Set up begins at 7 am. Show begins at 10 am. Your booth must be ready for public viewing by 9:30 am on June 18, 2016. Exhibitor must provide tents, tables, chairs, table coverings. Sale of knives, firearms or weapons will be prohibited. Deadline for inclusion on website and in festival program is May 1, 2015. Please read the full RivahFest rules and conditions in the Agreement that you can download below.

Exhibitor will receive confirmation of acceptance & area placement, refusal, or wait-list status within 30 days from receipt of application. Setup instructions and other pertinent information will be mailed to you before event. Pre-assigned spaces will be provided at check-in.
